Is the homepage really free?
Yes. You see it before anyone mentions money. If it's not for you, there's nothing to cancel.
Do I keep my domain and email?
Yes. Your domain stays in your name and your email keeps working. Only the address your website points to changes, and we send step-by-step instructions for your provider.
Who owns the website?
Your content, name and logo are yours. If you ever leave the care plan, we send you the site files.
Can we talk on the phone?
We work by email, so every answer and price is in writing. Most replies go out within a few hours on weekdays.
What happens after launch?
The care plan covers hosting, security and small edits. Email support@tangerinesstudio.com with what you'd like changed, and it's done within 2 business days.
What's your refund policy?
Your homepage preview is free, so you only pay once you've seen it and want to go ahead. Once your finished site has been handed over to you, payments are non-refundable. Care plan payments aren't refunded either, but you can cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
